Managing orders
View incoming orders from the storefront and follow up on their status.
Order list
The Orders menu shows purchases from shoppers on the Live Store. Open order details to see items, totals, and customer data.
- Orders are created when shoppers complete checkout; payment goes through Stripe (IDR)
- Order statuses: PENDING → PAID → SHIPPED → DONE, or CANCELLED
- Update the status from the order detail page as you process each order

Save customer contact details from order details so you can confirm shipping outside the dashboard when needed.
